Cookout and Silent Auction
The last Winn the Fight event was a huge success! A silent auction and cookout was held on August 9th at Advent United Methodist Church in Simpsonville where Karl was an active member. The event drew a crowd of nearly 200 people and raised $12,280. Thanks to everyone who contributed their time, support and donations.

“The Greenville Hospital System is very appreciative of the support the Winn family has generated in honor of the life of Karl Winn. The most recent event brought neighbors, families and the general community together to raise the money necessary to improve the lives of those involved in cancer treatment here in the Upstate,” said Jim Kaltenbach, Greenville Hospital System, University Medical Center, Director Cancer Services. “We’re excited to be included as part of their team”, he added.

Tennis Tournament
The first Winn the Fight fundraising event was a tennis tournament held in April at The Pavilion in Greenville. The tournament raised $1,200!
